1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a party or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Party Bookings

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due at the start of your party. Bookings are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of your party date. Credit card convenience fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to help you rebook on an available date.

4. Venue Rules

No confetti, glitter, or confetti-filled items are permitted. Clients are responsible for any damage to the facility beyond normal use. Bouncing Fun Factory reserves the right to remove guests who are disruptive or unsafe.

5. Food and Beverage

Clients are responsible for all food, drinks, and cake brought into the facility. Bouncing Fun Factory is not responsible for food safety or allergies.

6. Supervision

Adult supervision of children is required at all times. Bouncing Fun Factory staff are present as party hosts, not as childcare providers.

7. Liability

Bouncing Fun Factory is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow posted safety rules. Participation in inflatable and physical activities is at the participant's own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this website or booking services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
