We use your information to process and confirm party bookings, send booking confirmations and reminders via email and SMS, respond to contact form inquiries, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Bouncing Fun Factory including booking confirmations, party reminders, and post-party follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and you will receive one final confirmation of your unsubscription.
